Even with a new engine, the only purpose a break-in process serves is to wear the high spots on the cylinder walls as the surface area of each bore is so large that it is susceptible to larger deviations in geometry. All of the bearings and journals in the motor are made to extremely high precision and they too do not have a break-in process. So do not worry - you have not hurt anything. :)
